BrightSide was founded in 2023 in Marin County by high school senior Lucas Winter. Voted Most Likely to Succeed by his classmates, Lucas chose to forego college to focus on building and scaling his rapidly growing home service business. By continuously investing in state-of-the-art equipment and in his team, BrightSide Marin now proudly serves over 3,000 homes and commercial properties.
In 2025, BrightSide opened its second location: BrightSide SLO with the goal of providing the same level of care, reliability, and expertise that Marin customers have come to expect. With a focus on professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction, BrightSide SLO continues to set the standard for high-quality exterior cleaning services across California.
